Inclement Weather Warnings

Hello again!

Since we are heading into a winter season in the northern section of the world, the concern is starting to be about weather and the impact on the stores. Forget the holidays when the temperature drops!

I personally do not like the cold, for I have trouble heating up. Give me summer, because I know how to cool down. From some of the customers I have heard from, there are a few people that agree with me.

Wishing you happy holidays and there is one more post before the new year!

And here is Inclement Weather Warnings: How to know when bad weather is going to strike!

Never go to work hungry - rediscover biweekly

Hello!

Welp, this helped me rediscover why I chose the biweekly schedule... (in case of upcoming holiday rush and unforgiving scheduling).

Without further ado, another look from the retail side of things! Something especially to consider with the rush and boiling point of holidays.

Never go to work hungy, because you won't make it without buying more than you can eat.

I am also thinking of adding on some more pages to this blog to show what else I am able to do, or just stuff I feel like posting.... Maybe some more holiday-like things.

Hope everyone enjoys this holiday season!

I'M LATE FOR A VERY IMPORTANT DATE!

Hallo!
So not only am I a WEEK late, I am a DAY late.
I realized I was a week late a few days back and have been attempting two strips for today and the continuation of the Bi-weekly schedule next Monday. Because I feel like a horrible person for slacking a bit.

I also have been slacking in my daily drawings. (Woops.)
So without further ado! I introduce "Seagulls as Humans" and "Workers Compensation"

Would you feed the seagulls if they were humans?

When work gets a little to hard to handle...

(Disclaimer for Workers Compensation: I have not done any of this and do not suggest it!)

Since it's the Blogger post, I can explain where I got these wonderful ideas!

I was watching people feed the seagulls and realized no one around them was happy. Suddenly thought that it would be a bigger nuisance if they were simply bigger... right?

I was bored at work. (And workers comp can be a biiiiiig joke, depending on who you work with and so on.)

In a nutshell, I had immense fun with these, especially about halfway through when they had no eyes. Nightmares.... I get those for free.

Thank you very much and see you next week!

Seeking this new post

Hello!

This week takes a step back into the retail world. Hide 'n' Seek is an introverts secret actions in the mind when customers start to need help.

More often than not, customers just do not see the staff in broad daylight, but when you are actually trying to hide, there is nowhere to go (especially when you work long hours).

From an outgoing introvert,
Have a great two weeks!

The Gang Intro

Hello!

Another second Monday and another SIP post! Aaaaaah, and this one is finally finished. I had a bit of trouble with the computer and work hours mixing bad, but the result is fantastic.

I am hoping to complete backgrounds for this blog as well as for several other places online that I am placing this comic. I have a day off coming up, and with the chill in the air, bundling up next to a heated computer will work wonders.

Below is the next installment of SIP: Stupidity in Public, which this time includes the other members that will be often about:

From left to right the names are as follows:
Kitsune (Fox)
Ninja
Bri
Suei
Neko (Cat)

And each of us has gone through different experiences throughout college. From ease in homework, to midnight classes and sleep deprivation. And only three of us are art majors, leaning towards animation areas. Bri is a psych major and Kitsune a math major. Oh what fun ensues.

Have a great day!

Bi-Weekly is a thing.

Hello again!

I am going to aim for this comic being Bi-Weekly to afford time to coloring and cleaning up the strips. So far it seems to be working.

Work is shorthanded at the moment, so I took an extra shift or two, which may explain the schedule.

But here it is! The second installment, all about communication skills tested in times under stress!

----A hint for the next installment of SIP: Stupidity in Public ----

Am I alone in this comic? Or are there others that help explain this stupidity?

Have a good one out there!

Hi there!

I am introducing a new comic idea!

"What did you learn in retail?" is the question that still currently bugs me. Originally, I couldn't think

of the typical: Organization, communication, multitasking, etc. but instead my mind created bogus

answers: Catching money in midair, Communication skills (not the same as above), and martkart

tango.

I have posted the one that started it all, catching money in midair, which a lot of my associates can

relate to. This encouraged me to find as many stupid problems that we face day-to-day that are

sometimes not considered "work".

So expect more! SIP: Stupidity In Public is now in action!
